J. Lee Ledbetter, serves as President and Chief Executive
Officer. He joined the company in September 1999 to begin development of LifeLink Monitoring (formally LifeOutcomes,
Inc.) For the preceding six years, Mr. Ledbetter consulted for medical device and service companies. From 1988
to 1993, Mr. Ledbetter was Senior Executive Vice President and subsequently Chief Operating Officer for T2 Medical, Inc.,
a leading national provider of alternate site health care treatment services (Home I.V. Therapy Services, Ambulatory Chemotherapy
Infusion Centers, Lithotripsy Services among others). Before joining T2 Medical, Mr. Ledbetter helped start and served
as Senior Vice President of Marketing and later Chief Operating Officer of American Home Patient Centers, now a leading provider
of DME, Respiratory and Home I.V. Therapy Services.
Lee holds a BSBA from Western Carolina University.
Kaye Milster, RRT, CPFT kmilster@llmi.comKaye Milster, Director of Clinical Support joined LifeLink Monitoring in November 2001 as a
Clinical Trial Education Coordinator . Responsibilities included conducting studies using respiratory electronic devices
with COPD and Asthma patients.
She has twenty years experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist and Certified Pulmonary Function Technician. Prior
to employment with Lifelink Monitoring Ms. Milster was the manager of the Bronchoscopy and Pulmonary Function Laboratory at
Baptist Medical Center South in Montgomery, Alabama.
Kaye holds a BS in Respiratory Therapy from the University
of South Alabama.

Thomas Taccini,
Director of Research and Development, has over twenty years experience in developing products for the medical, consumer, telecommunications
and military industries. He also served as Director of Research and Development for Westmed, Inc. and Engineering Manager
for Medtrac Technologies where he spent most of his efforts developing the MDILog and DPILog technologies.
Tom holds a
BSEE from Northeastern University.
Gary Tynes, Corporate Controller, has over fourteen years of Corporate and Public Accounting experience
with companies in the Telecommunications, Manufacturing and Healthcare Industries. He has served in management positions with
Ernst and Young and Motorola.
Gary holds a BS in Accounting from Norfolk State University.
